This is a focused session to create coherence for selling or buying your home.  Properties and homes have frequencies rich with the thoughts and experiences of those who have lived there ofter for decades. It may be that though you have decided to sell your home, the children may not be too keen on leaving, your neighbors start acting weird, or possibly the family dog is also not thrilled with a change.  The frequencies of all the memories and attachments held by all involved with a home may form a natural sales repellant no matter how 'staged' the sale or how hard you may be looking for a home.  It can be very frustrating.

Similarly, when looking for a home the frequency of this new place may not be in synch with yours.  You may spend months or years looking at properties and if you do not resonate with your ideal home, you will scarcely recognize it on a visit or give it further consideration.  It will remain invisible to you. Or you may find that ideal home, but can’t negotiate the price you can afford.   Something may appear to create doubt and uncertainty with your decision.

In this repatterning session we'll proxy in the vibration of the home and property and other energy systems that may be involved as well as your own. With yourself as a proxy or voice for the field of energy involving the real estate transaction, we'll uncover the unconscious patterns that are blocking movement on your decision, and clear them with very simple but customized healing modalities.

The session may be done in person at my home office, by telephone or by email at your convenience  and will take up to 1.5 hours.  A report is issued only if needed as part of the process.

Note: typically 1 session is all that is needed to move the energy on a real estate decision however, if patterns are deeply held and interwoven with other significant life issues (i.e. – its more than just about the house!) 3-5 sessions may be needed to clear the energy.
